At Dormeo USA, we want you to experience the ultimate night's sleep with our patented Octaspring® technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within our designated 60-night sleep trial period for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or phone within 60 nights of delivery to begin your return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Verification and Authorization

  Provide your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your Dormeo product in its original packaging or a suitable alternative, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it is in good condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
